To make this dish, you need cauliflower, garlic, chives, almond milk, and spices. Steam the garlic and cauliflower, then add it to a blender with all ingredients besides chives. Remove from the blender, top with fresh chives, and enjoy! How stupidly simple is that?

This garlic chive cauliflower mash is a flavorful, keto friendly, alternative to mashed potatoes. It is also dairy free and vegan!
Ingredients
- 1 medium cauliflower head
- 2-3 whole garlic cloves, peeled
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 3 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
Instructions
- Place cauliflower florets and garlic cloves into a steamer basket set over a pot of boiling water. Cover and steam until fork-tender, 15 minutes.
- Transfer cauliflower and garlic to a blender and add all ingredients except chives. Process until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust seasonings if necessary.
- Top with fresh chives right before serving.
